Parish Activities Sunday School God, created on His image, loves children. They need to be spiritually ready to face the world of today and tomorrow - the present and future - by getting to know Jesus Christ who loves them, takes care of them, and does not want anyone to keep them away from Him for they inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. You need to plant good seeds in the heart of every child to harvest ripe fruits and beautiful flowers. If you do not plant the Word of the Lord in the heart of children, and help them to get to know Him better, they might be in danger of being driven to acts and movements that are against His teachings. Sunday School helps meet this need The program includes: Getting to know Jesus Christ, Son of God, and the Savior of all people, who was crucified because of His love to us and resurrected on the third day. The child would discover that Our Lord loves him and invites him to know the Gospel, life of the church and to live the mysteries. These activities are carried out by professional trainers, who have extensive spiritual and educational experience that enables them to adapt the program to suit all age groups who would therefore be ready to receive the Word of God and live it. The parish carried out these activities during the first semester of the scholastic year 2005 until Christmas time when Sunday school activities stopped. Many demand to restart these activities as they proved to be very beneficial for children, parents, society and church.
